DELIVERY TIME

Most of our items are not kept in stock. They are manufactured on demand. Estimate 2-4 weeks until delivery, this may vary according to time of year & pressure of business

SHIPPING

There is a surcharge on all orders for shipping except orders over 300 euro, they will be shipped for free. This charge reflects the actual cost of shipping and registered mail.

Regular postal service within Eu costs a maximum of € 13.50. Outside Eu the maximum charge is € 19,00.

Most of the shipping is done by regular postal services. This is inexpensive, safe and relatively fast.

All postal packages are sent with registered mail, this means that you might have to sign for the package when it arrives.

Packages require 2-5 days to reach European destinations, 5-14 days for non European destinations.

When we ship by air mail, customs duties may or may not be imposed by import authorities in your country. These fees are your responsibility, and are not included in our shipping charges.

Parcels will be send out as discrete as possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All prices are in euro and must be paid in euro.
• Returns accepted on some items within 15 days for exchange, or store credit.
• All refundable merchandise must be in unused condition with all tags intact and in original box or packaging if applicable.
• Shipping charges are not refundable and if an exchange is requested, customer is responsible for additional shipping and handling.
• Made-to-measure items will be made from the information supplied, so please MEASURE CAREFULLY and feel free to e-mail us if you have any questions.
• A 50 % down payment is required before we start on an order, full payment before we send out.
• If a made-to-measure item does not fit, we cannot offer a refund.
• Method of Payment: We accept all major credit cards, paypall or Bank transfers to our Dutch bank account (details upon request). We also accept cash (by registered mail only).
• Breathcatchers can not be held responsible for any injury caused by our items.
• By placing an order you agree to our terms and conditions.
