TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All prices are in euro and must be paid in euro.
• Returns accepted on some items within 15 days for exchange, or store credit.
• All refundable merchandise must be in unused condition with all tags intact and in original box or packaging if applicable.
• Shipping charges are not refundable and if an exchange is requested, customer is responsible for additional shipping and handling.
• Made-to-measure items will be made from the information supplied, so please MEASURE CAREFULLY and feel free to e-mail us if you have any questions.
• A 50 % down payment is required before we start on an order, full payment before we send out.
• If a made-to-measure item does not fit, we cannot offer a refund.
• Method of Payment: We accept all major credit cards, Western Union, Paypall or Bank transfers to our Dutch bank account (details upon request). We also accept cash (by registered mail only).
• Breathcatchers can not be held responsible for any injury caused by our items.
